Coventry Nightlife
(L. Silentius Nocturnius)
he Coventry Nightlife is a small creature, timid in the extreme. This species of
Nightlife is solely nocturnal and its home is North of the Watford Gap, in England. It can
sometimes be found inhabiting the streets of Coventry city during the cool hours of
darkness. Little is known of its habits, although until recently it was believed that
during the Winter months it would hibernate, cowering in the dark, dank corners of the
concrete jungles to be found in the Northern reaches of England. This popular myth was
recently disproved in the light of new evidence pointing to migration South for the
Winter, heading for those warm lands close to Olde London Towne. Recently some positive
sightings of C.Nightlife have been made confirming this new theory.
The creatures can be found prowling the dark lanes of Coventry on Summer nights when
the air is warm and full of the fragrances of a Northern city. It may be due to the
animals notorious shyness that it can be seen most frequently in its natural habitat
during the Summer months of July to September. This could be because it is then that the
population of the city is at its lowest ebb and what seems to it, the towering monsters,
known to us as students, are on their own migration to all points of the compass.
