Space 1889 - September 1889

his is the first installment in an on running story of the adventures of a group of people in a universe set in Victorian England, but with the discovery of Liftwood, enabling space travel.

These stories were written by Hugh Jesseman, with the character direction by several others. These stories are the outcome of a Play-by-mail game run by Hugh for the benefit of the others, at the time the game was run, none of the players knew which characters were being played by which player.

Each chapter is an installment supplied by Hugh. There are also editions of The Times for the days around the story, from which players received clues to help them with their mission.
