Toni The Toaster

oni the toaster was one day sitting on the work top beside Brian the Brevel. The day had not gone well so far. First thing this morning a piece of bread had got stuck inside, and had taken over twenty minutes to be removed. Which involved Kevin the knife being thrust inside and jabbed around. Kevin quite liked it, but Toni was not to thrilled.

Then later, at lunchtime, the fuse in the Peter the plug blew, which took at least five minutes to find a new fuse and then another five minutes to replace it. The was quite an event, as Simon the screwdriver almost never came out of Tommy the tool chest. This was one of the only times when he got to come out, and he was going to make the most of it.

Once the fuse had been replaced, Simon jumped down from the work top and rolled across the floor to Billy the Bin and started to unscrew the pedal. Just as he had finished, he was picked up and was put away, back in Tommy the tool chest. Oh well at least he'd had some fun this year.

So, today was not going well. Things could only get better, couldn't they ?
