Ignatichev, is a highly respected Russian agent, location unknown. British agents last had a run-in with him in India, two years ago. In which seventeen people died, three of them highly respected members of the service. A quick break for lunch, then take the devices over to Professor Maxwell, and then back to work. While Bing is delving into Sir Aubrey's background, there's a tap on his shoulder. "Bing what are you doing here ?" Asks Sir Albert Perrier, an old friend and head of the service. "Just doing some research for a case, Albert old man." "I might have known you'd be involved in this one. It's a real beauty. Sir Aubrey's disappeared, we thought it was the Germans to start with, we're not to sure now. The Russians shot up the anarchists last night and there's something underneath this mess, it's all connected and I don't think we're going to get to the bottom of it. We've got our best man on the job, have you got anything to help us ?" Out of friendship Bing says "I'm looking for George Dower, an inventor, he was involved in some weird things and I haven't got anywhere with it yet. The Russians and the anarchists almost gunned me down at his shop Sunday night." "Dower ! My agent told me Sir Aubrey had a friend called Dower and he turned up at Aubrey's house on the first, I think it was, then disappeared again. I hope that helped. Keep us posted !" Curious, a three pipe problem ! Checking with police contacts, Bing found that the clocks were the ones made by Dower.
